Yankees fans react furiously after confirmation that manager Aaron Boone stayed

 New York Yankees owner Hal Steinbrenner has announced that he intends to keep Aaron Boone as his manager, as well as general manager Brian Cashman, for the upcoming season.

“As far as Boone is concerned, we just signed him and for the same reasons I mentioned a year ago, I think he’s a very good manager,” Steinbrenner said Wednesday as he left the Yankees’ player development complex. ‘I don’t see a change there.’          read more......
