‘We can’t say…’: BCCI President Roger Binny reacts to PCB’s call to boycott ODI World Cup 2023 in India

The BCCI vs PCB saga continues with the newly-appointed BCCI President Roger Binny reacting to the Pakistan Board’s call to boycott India’s tour to play next year’s ODI World Cup. Binny says that India cannot travel to Pakistan without the permission of the Indian government. Earlier, BCCI secretary Jay Shah had told the press that India will not travel to Pakistan to play the Asia Cup 2023, which will be hosted by the neighboring country. He said, “It is not the call of BCCI. We cannot say where our team has to go. Whether we leave the country or the teams coming to the country, we need approval. Once we get the nod from the government.
